New student registration at Az-Zahraa Islamic Academy is conducted through the MySchool system, typically starting in mid-January. Detailed notifications will be provided as the registration period approaches. To register, new students should follow the instructions provided at the following link:

When applying to Az-Zahraa Islamic Academy, please ensure you have the following documents ready for upload to streamline the registration process:
- Registration Form
- Immunization Record
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immigration paper or Canadian citizen card or Refugee Status (if the child is born outside Canada)
- Copy of Legal Residency of Parent
- Copy of B.C. Care Card
- Copy of last Report Card
- Non-refundable Registration Fee of $250.00
- Non-refundable Registration Testing Fee of $100.00
- Deposit of $620.00 to secure your child’s place, credited towards September tuition once enrollment is confirmed
The absence of any of the above documents delays the admission process.
