She believes in transforming the way teachers teach by combining strong core values with unwavering support for both students and colleagues.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;Her classroom experience spans Kindergarten through Grade 12, with a focus at the primary level on STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), Humanities (English and Social Studies), and Physical Education. After studying at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, he and his wife Arifa Hudda pursued Islamic education in Medina, New York, and then in Qom, Iran. Sheikh Saleem immersed himself in nonprofit work upon his return to Canada. He contributed to the Islamic Humanitarian Service in Kitchener, Ontario, and later became the Director of Publications at The World Federation of KSIMC. He then founded Al-Fath Al-Mubin Publications. Over the past decade, he&#039;s created 500+ original Islamic content videos on YouTube, and podcasts, and authored and\/or translated around 50 Islamic books into English. He actively supports Shia communities across Canada. Being a mother of four children, she has a passion for working with children. During her final year, she began teaching French at Surrey Muslim School&lt;br \/&gt;\nbefore transitioning into a Grade 3 Homeroom role in the 2024\u20132025 school year. She&lt;br \/&gt;\njoined the Az-Zahraa community in 2023 after embracing Islam and volunteering with the&lt;br \/&gt;\nMadrasah, where she developed a strong passion for faith-based education. During this time, she has developed modules for training teachers in the science of tajweed along with easy to use manuals for parents and students.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;Sr. Zainab has been the Quran Coordinator at Madrasah Az-Zahraa for over 15 years, and she also teaches Qur\u2019an privately and at other schools. Her love for teaching the Qur\u2019an drives her to log as many as 30 hours per week of Qur\u2019an teaching time. She has studied Qur\u2019anic Arabic formally and understands the Qur\u2019anic language fluently. She enjoys working with the staff, the children, and the peaceful environment that Az-Zahraa Islamic Academy has to offer.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;She is thankful to be back teaching at Az-Zahraa as she does not see herself working at any other place.
