Fatemeh Khoorshidi joins AZIA as our Grade 3 teacher. Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, she holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and an M.A. in Psychology, and completed her Bachelor of Education at UBC this past summer. Before moving to Vancouver, she spent four years teaching Grade 3, an age group she adores, and believes teaching is one of the most meaningful callings in the world. Outside the classroom, Fatemeh enjoys strolling in nature, baking for loved ones, and deep conversations with family and friends. She values open communication and looks forward to partnering with families in their children’s learning journey this year.
